Nicole and Geoff traveled all the way from Colorado to exchange their vows on the shoreline of Cape Cod. Having previously worked on Nantucket, Nicole envisioned a coastal New England beach ceremony, naturally followed by a quintessential lobster bake. The rainy weekend weather cleared just in time for the ceremony, and a thick fog bank rolled into Wellfleet across Cape Cod Bay. It was actually quite pretty – and so typical for summer on the Cape!
Their day was full of love, surrounded by their closest family members, and friends that have become family over the years. I always love hearing wedding speeches because I get to learn even more about the bride and groom from the perspective of those closest to them. Let me tell you – after hearing Nicole and Geoff’s friends and family reminisce and reflect on their relationships, I can genuinely say that they’re well respected, and a simply amazing couple. From my own experience they’re pretty fun too! Not only did we first meet at a brewery when they landed in Boston, but they choreographed their own surprise (epic) first dance (to “Alone” by Heart), which was meant to be symbolic of their relationship!
Here are a few highlights from this spectacular day.
