Alex and DJ’s engagement session at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester was one for the books! The fog was absolutely amazing and the weather kept us entertained during the entire session. Storms were rolling-in…

Memorial Day weekend was absolutely beautiful for a coastal New England engagement session! With all of the rain we’ve been having here in Boston we couldn’t believe how perfect the weather turned out – just in time for the long weekend and for Kaitlin and Korey’s photos…

As my couples plan for their engagement sessions, I always get excited when they decide to include props… or puppies. This session had both! I was so excited when Maryellen told me that 1) she was bringing her dog, Benson and 2) she and her fiance’ Steve were bringing their skates to go ice skating!

Jacqueline and Matt’s engagement session brought us to the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston, where they first lived together. Charming is an understatement for these quaint little streets. Cobblestones, row houses, antique lanterns, classic holiday decor… I could go on. I was so excited to visit Acorn Street for the first time – one of, if not THE most photographed street in the city.

Josh proposed to Katie at Nauset Beach in Orleans this past September (one of my favorite spots on Cape Cod!). Katie grew up visiting the outer Cape with her family, so experiencing such an exciting milestone there was nothing short of meaningful! For their engagement photos, they chose a location that is both beautiful and sentimental to their relationship: Boston – their first home together!

Major cheat night over here at the Dunham house. After looking through all of these photos, I couldn’t resist walking over to the freezer for a bowl of ice cream. Brigham’s “Just Jimmies”… in case you were wondering. :). This e-session was so much fun. Not only did we start our night at Farfar’s for some ice cream, but to my pleasant surprise, Maria told me that a “furry friend” would be joining us. Ice cream AND a pup…

Nicole and Geoff traveled all the way from Colorado to exchange their vows on the shoreline of Cape Cod. Having previously worked on Nantucket, Nicole envisioned a coastal New England beach ceremony, naturally followed by a quintessential lobster bake. The rainy weekend weather cleared just in time for the ceremony, and a thick fog bank rolled into Wellfleet across Cape Cod Bay. It was actually quite pretty – and so typical for summer on the Cape!

This beautifully boho styled wedding was absolutely stunning with a burgundy, blush, gold and sage color palette. Held at Rustic Rose Barn Weddings in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, the decor included hand-crafted macrame, dream catchers and feathers.

Erika and Drew traveled from Chicago to exchange vows during an intimate ceremony at their family home in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Despite the potential threat of Hurricane Irma making her way up the coast to New England, September 9th turned out to be a gorgeous summer day on Cape Cod…
